Chapter One

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply equally to the oz 365 website, mobile application and all services under them. These Terms have been prepared in Bengali, and in the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

1.2 Definitions

The meanings of certain terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" refers to the oz 365 website and mobile app.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal registration profile.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of funds held in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional rewards given by oz 365.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on a game or sport.

1.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of the user to comply with the laws of their own country when using services on the oz 365 platform.

Chapter Two

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on the oz 365 platform and participate in any betting or casino activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If there is any doubt about a member's age, oz 365 reserves the right to verify their identity document at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts from the same household or the same IP address are not permitted. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in them will be voided.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date. Creating an account with false information risks account cancellation, and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

oz 365 may verify a member's identity at any time, particularly before a withdrawal, using a National ID (NID) or passport. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the verification process is complete.

3.1 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. oz 365 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, change your password immediately and notify the support team.

3.2 Account Transfer

Selling, renting or transferring an account to any third party is strictly prohibited. An account may only be used by the registered individual themselves.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no transactions for 12 consecutive months or more, it will be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, please contact the support team.

Chapter Four

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on oz 365 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer — transferable through major banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank or Islami Bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing a request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Ownership of Deposits

The payment account used for deposits (bKash, Nagad, etc.) must be registered in the name of the oz 365 account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions may be rejected.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. Bonus funds are not cash or free rewards; they become withdrawable only once the specified wagering conditions have been met.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been used in bets the required number of times. Full details of the wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion's page.

5.3 Other Promotions

oz 365 regularly offers various promotions for members, including a weekly reload reward (30%, up to ৳8,000), a slots adventure bonus (50%, up to ৳5,000), a weekend cricket bonus (40%, up to ৳6,000), a special birthday gift and a referral reward. Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions and wagering requirements.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in the bonuses of the associated accounts being voided and the accounts may be suspended.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If a bonus is not used within the specified time, it will be automatically cancelled and cannot be claimed again afterwards.

Chapter Six

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the oz 365 platform are governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error causes a problem with the outcome of a bet, oz 365 reserves the right to determine the correct result.

6.2 Sports Betting

The odds published by oz 365 apply to bets placed on cricket, football and other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded or handled in accordance with the specific rules for that event.

6.3 Finality of Game Results

All game and bet outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. oz 365 staff have no involvement in game outcomes. The published result is considered final.

6.4 Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for various games and events. These limits are clearly stated on each game's page. oz 365 reserves the right to set bet limits for any member if necessary.

Chapter Seven

7.1 Fraud and Cheating

Any form of fraud, cheating or system manipulation on the oz 365 platform is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability in a game or the system.
• Using false or stolen payment information.
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission.
• Abusing bonuses through schemes or organised group activity.

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

oz 365 strictly adheres to anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If any suspicious transaction is identified, the associated account may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

7.3 Multiple Accounts

Creating and operating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of this rule, all associated accounts will be immediately closed and any bonuses held in them will be forfeited.

Chapter Eight

8.1 No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

Although oz 365 strives to provide continuous service, interruptions may occasionally occur due to technical maintenance, server issues or third-party service problems. oz 365 is not liable for such temporary interruptions.

8.2 Internet Connection

oz 365 will not be responsible for any issues with a bet or transaction caused by the user's internet connection. It is the user's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection.

8.3 Third-Party Content

The oz 365 platform contains content from various game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and Evolution). oz 365's liability for the quality or accuracy of this content is limited; game providers are responsible for their own software.

8.4 Financial Loss Liability

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. The user uses the platform having voluntarily accepted this risk. oz 365 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming.

• At the request of the account holder.

11.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the return of actual deposited funds will be decided after reviewing the circumstances. If a member voluntarily closes their account, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance.
